Recovery Coaching

Support for the healing work between where you are and where you want to be.

Recovery coaching through Live Your Freedom Foundation is focused on trauma-informed support, emotional growth, accountability, and helping people take practical steps forward.

Recovery isn't just about stopping a behavior. It's about understanding what was underneath it. Trauma, grief, shame, fear, emotional pain, and survival patterns can keep people stuck long after they want something different. Our coaching approach helps people move forward with support, structure, honesty, and practical tools.

What Recovery Coaching Helps With

This isn't therapy. It's not a diagnosis. It's practical support for people who are ready to keep moving forward.

Emotional Awareness

Helping people understand what they are feeling, why certain patterns keep showing up, and how to respond instead of react.

Accountability & Structure

Supporting people with consistency, next steps, reflection, and real-life follow-through as they rebuild healthier patterns.

Trauma-Informed Support

Helping people recognize survival mode, emotional triggers, codependency, shame, grief, and the pain beneath the behavior.

This Can Support People Who Are Working Through

Recovery coaching is designed to support the healing process without replacing clinical care when clinical care is needed.

How The Process Works

The goal is simple: help people understand where they are, identify what's getting in the way, and take the next right step.

01 We identify what the person is walking through right now.
02 We look at the patterns, triggers, and survival responses underneath it.
03 We create practical next steps that support healing and growth.
04 We build consistency, accountability, and forward movement.

Important Note

Recovery coaching is not a substitute for licensed therapy, medical care, emergency care, or crisis intervention. If someone is in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, they should call 911 or contact the crisis support line 988 immediately.

Healing takes work. Support helps people stay with it.

If you or someone you know needs support taking the next step, reach out and start the conversation.
